How to work together…

My goal is to maintain a business that is focused on quality clients who value good work and relationships. I love working for down-to-earth couples who want to create a unique wedding for themselves and a great experience for everyone around them.

Feel free to reach out to me and say hi. Let me know a little about you and the date, location, and expected guest count of your wedding. This helps to give me an understanding of what you are hoping for your wedding. From there we can schedule a little more time to talk about what you are looking for in a photographer and how I can help. We’ll find a moment to meet each other and answer some more questions. After learning a little more about what you need, I will submit a quote and we can move forward. If it is a good fit, I’ll draft a contract, and then you get to scratch one more thing off your list.

I ask for half of the overall fee at the time of booking and the rest two weeks before the event date.

A couple of things to expect:

-My job is to take and make beautiful photos that will become important parts of your family or project. I typically deliver a gallery of sneak peeks (around 25-50 photos) within a couple of days. Most of my finished galleries end up being 300-500 edited and produced images and are returned within a month or two if not sooner.

-All photos will be sent to you via a proofing gallery that is easy to work with and shared if you want to.

-Stress-free photos…well, I’ll do my best. I understand that for some of us, having our photo taken can be torture. Trust me I get it. That being said, helping my clients take a deep breath and settle into the moment is part of what I am known for. I also understand that sometimes wedding day jitters can happen. Turns out I’m pretty good at helping with those too. Call it a free perk of hiring me. Oh…did I mention I have also worked as a Social Worker for over 20 years?

-A kind and considerate person who wants to help you complete a vision.

-I take what I do very seriously but with a light heart. I do my best to be present but non-intrusive and show up ready to help document a beautiful story.

What’s Next?

Step 1: Check out my photos again and make sure I am the right fit-I don’t want just to be someone who got back to you.

Step 2: Call, text, or email with any specific questions, I’ll try to respond as fast as I can. Just think how much more we’ll both find out.

Step 3: Let’s do some planning…I love this part. If you like to collaborate or need help with any locations, let me know-I’m in.

Step 4: Book the shoot, well stay in touch as much or as little as needed, I’ll show up as planned and we’ll make some great photos.
